Store your device with at least a small charge, and always make sure to charge your battery before it is completely drained.

If you have already been using an iPhone or iPod touch then you already know quite a bit about the iPad. Apple implemented a lot of the same features in all of their devices to make it easier for users to go back and forth between them, so don't fret!

Print right from your iPad. You don't have to email a document anymore. If you have the right kind of printer, you can simply print from your Share menu with AirPrinter. Many Hewlett Packard printers are compatible, and you can also use Printopia for printers that are connected to Macs.

There are times when battery power must be saved, and a quick way to do this is to shut down all running apps. Double press the home (square) button and you'll see a row of apps appear at the bottom of the screen. Press the red minus circle to remove those you're not using and save battery power.

Have you tried to type something on your iPad and it thought you meant something else? You can turn off your auto-correct. In Settings go into "General"; from there choose "Keyboard". In that section you will have an option to turn off "Auto-Correction." Now you will be able to type out what you really wanted to say.

Buying an iPad is a great way to increase any kind of company that you have. It is a great way to bring in new business because it shows that your company is modern and progressive. If you are looking for this kind of client, then pick up an iPad.

Your iPad is able to double as a digital picture frame. This means that you can skip spending a lot of money on a digital frame. Access this feature by looking to the right of the button that says 'Slide to Unlock' and you should see a small flower. After clicking the flower, your slideshow will begin after a few seconds. You can set the speed and make sure to turn off the zoom in on faces feature.

Choose between Orientation Lock and Mute. Older versions of the iPad featured an "Orientation Lock" button on the side of the device. The button remained on later versions but its function was switched to "Mute." If you preferred the older function, you can access a setting in the General Settings menu to set it back to its original function.

Many people find that the display battery charge is extremely distracting on their iPad. This feature can be turned off. In the Settings menu select General and then Usage. Under Usage you will see the area where you will be able to turn off and on the battery percentage display icon.

Whether you want to use it for cooking, health reasons or even for work, the iPad can do it all. If you have a need for it, you just have to seek out advice on making it work for that situation. When you continually learn, you'll find you never tire of your tablet and its use.
